A Parallel Case: Lessons from Richter Morales v. Google

My case is very similar to that of attorney Ulrich Richter Morales, who sued Google because they were defaming him, and it took him six years, pleading with them, to get them to remove the false information about him. In my case, this applies, but in reverse, because the evidence I am presenting is broad, vast, sufficient, and evident. They are irrefutable pieces of evidence, so it needs to become more human — to analyze who is lying, who is telling the truth, based on sustainable evidence and proof.

Why was Richter Morales able to sue Google? Because Google argued that it was located in the United States, but Google has offices in Mexico, in the Santa Fe area. That's why attorney Richter Morales and his partner, who is his wife, attorney Ramírez, argued that since they have offices in Mexico City, that constitutes an extension of their territory — even though their corporate offices are in the United States, they are physically present in Mexico, and the internet is universal, the digital world is universal.

So, in my case, I am going to sue Mayo Clinic, because Mayo Clinic uses misleading advertising, arguing that Medica Sur — Mayo Clinic Care Network Mexico — is an extension of them, and both Mayo Clinic and Medica Sur mention on their websites that they are partners and members of Mayo Clinic Care Network. And in their private contracts, they state that they are not responsible for the surgical outcomes of Medica Sur, and this is something they should also mention and EMPHASIZE on their websites — it is a matter of misleading advertising. Mayo Clinic, just as Google does, has corporate offices located within Medica Sur's facilities. I had surgery at Medica Sur because I believed Mayo Clinic's misleading advertising claiming that Medica Sur uses their surgical protocols, when the reality is far from what both state on their websites. Therefore Mayo Clinic is jointly liable for Medica Sur, by promoting it as an expert partner and hiding, in fine print, the clause where they disclaim responsibility for Medica Sur's surgical errors and medical decisions.

My case is similar to Mr. Ulrich Richter Morales's, but in reverse — in my case, Google is blocking my right to defend myself, to seek to be cured, to seek justice, and to freedom of expression. I am going to sue Mayo Clinic as jointly liable for the criminal acts of Medica Sur, and I am going to sue Cloudflare for espionage, harassment, and systematically blocking my freedom of expression. I hope to God I won't be forced to also sue Google, since I am already in contact with attorney Richter Morales.

In summary, I was going to get married in 2019. My ex-girlfriend, for reasons unknown to me, asked me to get circumcised. I had the surgery at Clínica Ucore, owned by Román Carvajal García, the current president of the Mexican Society of Urology. A circumcision is one of the simplest procedures that exists. They literally removed the base of my penis, the penile bulb, the bulbospongiosus muscle, Buck's fascia, the tunica albuginea, the dartos fascia, and damaged my pudendal nerve. Ucore is located inside Hospital Puerta de Hierro in Jalisco, which became part of Mayo Clinic Care Network in February 2019, one month before the aggravated genital mutilation committed against me. At that time, Román Carvajal already held an important position in the world of urology in Mexico.

They caused me injuries that HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH A CIRCUMCISION. They caused me an inguinal hernia, they sutured my meatus — that makes no sense whatsoever. I ended up at that clinic because of an advertisement I saw online on a fraudulent website called Doctoralia. It advertised a doctor who claimed to perform laser circumcisions with no bleeding, done in 20 minutes, and that did not require an operating room because it was a VERY ADVANCED system. I learned the hard way THAT YOU CANNOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ON THE INTERNET. Doctoralia Mexico/DocPlanner Poland are jointly liable for the crime of allowing inexperienced doctors to advertise themselves as HEALTH PROFESSIONALS for the sole purpose of SELLING — that is, MONEY, PROFIT, COMMERCE — without caring at all about the health and integrity of the patient. THAT IS WHY DOCTORALIA MEXICO AND DOCPLANNER POLAND are jointly liable for the crime.

I was operated on without anesthesia — that is, I WAS NOT PUT TO SLEEP. I am the main witness because I could hear everything the doctors were saying; I couldn't see it because I was wearing a sleep mask, the kind they give you on airplanes, and headphones through which I was listening to Tibetan mantras — the word "mantra" means MAN = MIND / TRA = VEHICLE. Rosa Estela Romero Aguilar and José Andrés Olivo Garate arrived 3 hours after the agreed time. Both were disheveled and had red eyes; it looked like they were coming from some party or from doing who knows what. Honestly, seeing them GAVE ME VERY BAD ENERGY — in short, it made me want to run out of there. I will regret for the rest of my life not having listened to my intuition, which was telling me to cancel the procedure.

The two most traumatic events I experienced happened at the beginning of the pseudo-surgery and at the end. Number one: I WAS OPERATED ON WITH A SCALPEL, and the contract I signed stipulated THAT THE SURGERY WAS GOING TO BE WITH LASER, and a laser is supposed to have millimetric surgical precision. The question is, why did they use a scalpel instead of the laser beam? On top of everything, the pseudo-Dr. Rosa Estela Romero Aguilar drugged me before the surgery — two hours before I signed the consent contract, she gave me two Xanax pills ("Alprazolam/Tafil"). By the time they brought me the contract, I was already seeing double, I didn't even know what I was signing — "HIDDEN DEFECTS."

On the first cut, which was at the penile-scrotal junction, at the base of the penis, I screamed in pain the moment José Andrés Olivo Garate passed the scalpel through that area. Rosa Estela Romero Aguilar burst out laughing — she started laughing. From that moment on, I realized they were hurting me. The music I was listening to on the headphones was on my cellphone, but the headphones had a manual volume control, and I turned the volume down at that moment. What is true is that during the surgery I could never see, since I always had the sleep mask on. Also, José Andrés Olivo Garate pressed his thumb into my groin with extreme force and caused me an inguinal hernia.

The second, more severe injury was inflicted after the circumcision had already ended — Rosa Estela Romero had already told me THE SURGERY WAS ALREADY OVER. At that point I felt another HORRIBLE cut at the level of the NAVICULAR FOSSA, and I also screamed in pain. At that moment, Rosa Estela Romero Aguilar said to Andrés Olivo Garate: "WHAT DID YOU DO???"

In short, they caused me 5 injuries that have nothing to do with a circumcision:

1. They sutured my meatus.
2. They removed the base of my penis.
3. They took skin from my scrotum to cover/conceal all the skin, nerves, muscle, veins, blood vessels, capillaries, and nerves they removed.
4. They caused me an inguinal hernia.
5. They left me with the condition of micro-penis, by pulling the skin of the scrotum, stretching it, and suturing it at the highest point of the penis — they put me in a straitjacket.

THE PSEUDO-CIRCUMCISION lasted 4 hours, when a normal circumcision only lasts between 20 and 30 minutes. During those 4 hours, all I heard was laughter — but they weren't normal laughs, they were laughs of malice and pure ignorance. How can a doctor who took an oath to help do this to a human being?

After the surgery, I knew something terribly wrong had happened. Thanks to the Doctoralia Mexico website, I had fallen into the claws of criminal charlatans disguised as doctors. In fact, I researched using AI online, and on March 22, 2019, when Rosa Estela Romero Aguilar operated on me, SHE DID NOT YET HOLD A PROFESSIONAL LICENSE — she was still a student. In the emails I now have notarized, she told me she had performed more than 50 circumcisions — it's obvious she lied to me. In a circumcision, they're supposed to redress the wound the next day; the pseudo-Dr. Romero made up an excuse that she had to leave for the weekend and would return Monday. The circumcision was on Friday, March 22, 2019, and she supposedly didn't redress the wound until Monday. Before the pseudo-surgery, she also told me by email that it was fine if I took a flight the same day as the surgery. What doctor tells a patient they can fly the same day as a surgery? Someone who wants you dead, or someone who knows they committed a crime.

None of the injuries they caused me WERE AN ACCIDENT. I was the victim of a VERY SERIOUS CRIME. What they did to me was a SURGICAL CASTRATION, and both doctors have, for 8 years, maintained before the entire urology community that it was a HUMAN ERROR. It is impossible to sustain 5 different injuries that have no relation to a circumcision IN THE SAME EVENT — this alone demonstrates a CRIMINAL PATTERN.

On Tuesday, after Rosa Estela Romero told me the surgery had been a SUCCESS, I took a flight back home to the state of Tabasco, Mexico. The symptoms were HORRIBLE — I urinated in three streams, I had 40% urinary retention. Since then, every urologist I have visited has engaged in what medicine calls MEDICAL GASLIGHTING, in which the doctor MINIMIZES YOUR SYMPTOMS to cover up a crime committed by a colleague. All the urologists I saw in Tabasco told me the surgery had been a success and that I should see a psychiatrist, that it was all in my head. When they told me everything was fine, I asked the urologists to please write down their diagnosis that everything was fine, and they would respond, "YOU HAVE TO TRUST US, THE DOCTORS."

I had already gone 3 years without being able to have sex, living with chronic pain that cannot be described in words, and unable to sleep. So I searched Google for: "Best Hospital in the World," and the result was Mayo Clinic. Below that was another Google link that said "Medica Sur Mexico — Mayo Clinic Care Network Mexico." So I believed what the website said — I thought Medica Sur was truly an extension of Mayo Clinic USA in Mexico. I traveled to Mexico City and spoke with a person at Mayo Clinic's offices located inside Medica Sur's facilities, and they recommended Guillermo Feria Bernal, the person I spoke with told me he was the best microsurgeon. The only thing they forgot to mention was that Guillermo Feria Bernal was 90 years old at the time — a person of that age NO LONGER HAS THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITY to perform surgery. When I showed up at Medica Sur the day before the surgery and met him, I ALMOST FAINTED FROM SHOCK.

But well, I assumed I was in Mayo Clinic Care Network Mexico and that I had THE BEST TEAM with me, since both websites — Mayo Clinic USA and Medica Sur Mexico — say that they share information about DIFFICULT cases, and that fit my situation. I have several emails I sent to Guillermo Feria Bernal, before ever meeting him, in which I REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM that I NEEDED A VASCULARIZED GRAFT — what plastic surgeons in Mexico call a "colgajo" (flap) — and he never responded. The day before the surgery, I also told him this in his office, and he answered: "IF I DETERMINE YOU NEED THE GRAFT, I WILL PUT IT IN," and I innocently believed him. Why didn't Guillermo Feria Bernal order imaging studies — a 3-Tesla MRI with gadolinium, a Doppler ultrasound of the testicles and dynamic penis "with the penis erect," focused on what little remained of the base of my penis, a retrograde urethrocystography to assess the real state of my urethra? Because the real purpose of the surgery was not to cure me — the purpose of the surgery was to cover up the crime committed by his friend Román Carvajal García on March 22, 2019. The purpose of the surgery was only to give me a placebo.

In short: in the 2019 aesthetic surgery, they removed 60% of my penis and the base of my penis, they closed my meatus so I couldn't urinate, and in the 2022 surgery at Mayo Clinic Care Network Mexico ("Medica Sur"), they removed 60% of my testicles, they removed even more skin from what little remained of the base of my penis, and they worsened my urethral condition. My sexual function is now COMPLETELY NULLIFIED.

After the surgery, when I woke up, about 10 minutes later a doctor I had never seen before came in, told me he was Dr. Mariano Oropeza, and told me the surgery had been a resounding success. I asked him: why are you here? Did you participate in the surgery? And he answered yes, that he had been Guillermo Feria Bernal's assistant, and that the one who had operated on me was Guillermo Feria Bernal. Ten minutes after he left the room at Medica Sur, Guillermo Feria Bernal came in and told me exactly the same thing: "CONGRATULATIONS, THE SURGERY WAS A RESOUNDING SUCCESS." I asked him: did you operate on me? And he answered: NO, THE ONE WHO OPERATED ON YOU WAS DR. MARIANO OROPEZA. At that moment I was still coming out of the anesthesia, I wasn't in pain because they had injected fentanyl into the anesthesia WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I was quite drugged — I had never before been under the effects of heroin. I was the victim of a phantom/ghost surgery. Guillermo Feria Bernal put a urology student in to operate on me and practice, as if the surgery were a haircut. In the end, the only receipts and billing statements I received were from Medica Sur and Guillermo Feria Bernal — I have no signed document in which Mariano Oropeza Aguilar's name appears.

Today, 8 years after these events that changed my life forever, leaving me with a permanent disability and a CHRONIC DEGENERATIVE condition, I understand now why operating rooms around the world do not allow surgeries to be VIDEO RECORDED. A urologist in Mexico told me this. He referred me to a supposed expert in urethral reconstruction in Mexico, Dr. Erick Ramírez, who consults at Hospital Ángeles in Mexico City. He told me that many urologists advertise themselves on Doctoralia and elsewhere online as expert reconstructive urology surgeons, and when the patient is under anesthesia, "UNCONSCIOUS," Erick Ramírez comes in and operates on you — meaning you contracted the services of one doctor, and a different doctor, whom you don't know and with whom you have no signed contract, comes in and operates on you WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. This is called PHANTOM/GHOST SURGERY, and in Mexico it happens every day in both government and private hospitals. I hope to God this is not happening in other parts of the world.

The surgery at Mayo Clinic Care Network Mexico ("Medica Sur") completely worsened my medical condition, since what I needed to heal was a graft, and I was denied the chance to heal in order to cover up the commission of a crime and protect the reputation of doctors who do not have the credentials to operate. And it's not true, all the positive reviews you read on Doctoralia — they were created with artificial intelligence; you only need to analyze the writing patterns, everything repeats itself with different words: "the doctor is very human," "a very human consultation," "a doctor with great human quality," Medica Sur "human warmth"???

I lived from 2022 until 2025 — four years — with a PENILE-SCROTAL STRANGULATION and chronic pain that is not easy to describe. You have no idea what it feels like to live with a 24/7 pinch on what little remained of my penis and scrotum. After more than 5 urologists in Tabasco refused to operate on me, and another 3 urologists in Mérida, Yucatán, also refused to operate on me, I fell in with a supposed plastic surgeon specializing in sex-change surgery. A doctor friend recommended I have surgery with a sex-change specialist under the theory that they can build a penis from scratch — that a woman can be turned into a man and a man into a woman. I searched Google and found one located near an aunt's house where I was staying in Mexico City. I had already been suffering for 7 years and had a strong urgency to heal and recover my sexual identity and my life.

They left me impotent, due to a urethral stricture 2 centimeters long and 1 millimeter wide — when I try to ejaculate, all the semen gets trapped in my urethra and I feel a HORRIBLE pain. Ejaculating is no longer a pleasurable act for me the way it was before, in 2018, before the GENITAL MUTILATION. Also, because of all the base tissue removed at the penile-scrotal junction, when I manage to get an erection that lasts 1 minute, my penis barely reaches a level 1 or 2 of erection — it doesn't reach level 4, which is the maximum rigidity I used to reach in 2018 before the mutilation. Also, when my penis tries to become erect, I feel TERRIBLE pain — why? Because they removed so much skin, muscle, veins, and organs necessary to achieve an erection.

In the 2025 surgery, my penis became necrotic and I nearly died. I SUGGESTED to the pseudo plastic surgeon Juan José Méndez Treviño that he assemble a MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM — a microsurgeon, a reconstructive urologist — to participate in the surgery, but he told me it wasn't necessary, that he was a health professional, an expert surgeon, and that he could do it all himself. The surgery was a resounding failure — they removed even more skin, more veins and capillaries, and my sexual function is now completely nullified. I also have certified screenshots of conversations with the pseudo-doctor's assistant, in which I told her I wanted to speak with the doctor before the surgery because I needed to be given a graft. I asked her that, even if it cost more, I needed a new estimate where we would both sign off on the graft issue. She told me not to worry, THAT THE DOCTOR ALWAYS SPOKE WITH HIS PATIENTS BEFORE SURGERY. I WAS DECEIVED. They put me under anesthesia and put me to sleep — I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH THE DOCTOR. What they did to me qualifies as FRAUD.

After my penis became necrotic, I stayed like that for a week, and I wasn't aware of the severity of my condition — I FELT TERRIBLE. My aunt was the wife of my late uncle, may he rest in peace, who was a member of the military, and she always told me: whenever you have a problem, look for military doctors, because they have more ethics and VALUES than the average doctor. So that's what I did. I went to see a super-microsurgeon who studied in Tokyo, Japan, Dr. Alvarado, and he literally saved my life. He told me: you know, contact the plastic surgeon who operated on you, because you need to have a DRAINAGE done, they need to remove ALL THE CLOTTED BLOOD, or the INFECTION WILL SPREAD THROUGHOUT YOUR BODY AND YOU COULD DIE. He didn't want to operate on me because he said it was too much responsibility, that this had to be resolved by Dr. Méndez Treviño. What Dr. Méndez Treviño should have done, in the fourth surgery I had to undergo to save the results of the third surgery, was to finally give me the graft I had needed since 2019 — but he didn't. Why? That's what he's going to have to tell the judge when the trial starts.

Now it's clear to me why no urologist wants to treat me. Behind all of this is Román Carvajal García, the president of the Mexican Society of Urology. How did I find this out? One of the urologists who was going to operate on me — and who, after 2 months of me doing high-performance exercise and preparing for the surgery, ultimately turned his back on me — told me: "I CAN'T OPERATE ON YOU BECAUSE YOU'RE MESSING WITH ROMÁN CARVAJAL, THE MOST IMPORTANT MAN IN UROLOGY IN MEXICO," and THANK GOD I RECORDED HIM WITH A MINI AUDIO RECORDER. Recording a conversation in audio or video in Mexico is perfectly legal for legal purposes, even if the other person doesn't know they're being recorded — from the moment you walk into a hospital or a shopping mall, there are cameras recording you without your consent, and the same principles apply in this scenario.

After the failed surgery at Medica Sur ("Mayo Clinic Care Network Mexico"), I traveled to see Erick Ramírez in Mexico City and he examined me. I showed him my studies, and he told me there was nothing wrong, that my urethra was perfectly normal. I had already sent the same studies I showed Erick Ramírez to 3 different urethral reconstruction urologists in other parts of the world via email, and all three agreed and told me in their email responses that I REQUIRED URETHRAL RECONSTRUCTION. At that point I still didn't know that behind all this networking to block my healing and cover up the crime was Román Carvajal García. I also didn't know that Clínica Ucore, where my entire ordeal began, in Zapopan, Jalisco, was owned by Román Carvajal García. It was always him, behind everything. I even believe he was the intellectual author of the crime of aggravated mutilation that occurred on March 19, 2022, causing me aggravated intentional injuries — this will be determined through the investigation and during the trial.

I have been caught up for 8 years in a criminal guild-wide conspiracy in which I have been given imaging studies with false diagnoses, videos that belong to other people, imaging studies that don't correspond to my body. I am facing a real medical mafia. Who has the resources and databases to block me nationwide, and even in the United States? Román Carvajal García. What has been done to me IS NOT AN ACCIDENT — just from looking at my photos, or from palpation alone, any doctor, even a non-urologist, knows I need a graft.

Mayo Clinic is jointly liable for advertising online that Medica Sur is part of Mayo Clinic Care Network and for NOT DISCLOSING ON THEIR WEBSITES that they are not responsible for Medica Sur's surgical errors — this should be EMPHASIZED IN LARGE PRINT ON THEIR WEBSITES: "HIDDEN DEFECTS." My case is very similar to that of attorney Ulrich Richter Morales, who sued Google for $260 million dollars for DEFAMATION and won. Google said, "We are an American company headquartered in the United States," but attorney Richter Morales argued, based on Google's corporate offices in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City, that even though the harm occurred in Mexico, it had international repercussions. The same applies here: Mayo Clinic USA has offices inside Hospital Medica Sur, "its partner," and both websites state that they work AS A TEAM. The clause stating that Mayo Clinic is not responsible for Medica Sur's surgical errors only appears in the contract they have you sign right as the anesthesia is taking effect, when you no longer have time to review anything — meaning this liability-disclaiming clause only appears in their internal files, used only for legal purposes. Even if Mayo Clinic USA and Medica Sur Mexico modify this on their respective websites now, I have already had the screenshots with the website dates certified before a notary public, and I also uploaded the screenshots to www.archive.org, the Wayback Machine — so even if they change their content, it won't do them any good.

I am looking for attorneys who have already won against Mayo Clinic — the lawsuit is for MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND JOINT LIABILITY for recommending, promoting, suggesting, and sponsoring Medica Sur, which should really be called "Death in the South." For the love of God, don't believe everything you read on the internet — learn from the hell I am living. I've gone 8 years without being able to be with a woman; my girlfriend left me when my penis stopped functioning. Every woman I've tried to have sex with during these 8 years has blocked me on WhatsApp the next day after I've tried to contact them.

There are two new legal concepts in Mexican jurisprudence: 1.- Suffering: lawsuits related to serious medical negligence now measure the degree of suffering, and compensation is based on the calculation of that suffering. To this day, it's been 8 years of discrimination, cover-up, and medical gaslighting — the suffering I have endured during all these years cannot be described in words. This aligns with the parameters used to calculate compensation in the United States, where there is no limit or ceiling on the amount awarded. And 2.- The hospital where the surgery took place is jointly liable even if the doctor no longer works there, since that's where the crimes occurred — the amount of compensation is calculated based on the hospital's financial capacity. Both hospitals — Hospital Puerta de Hierro in Jalisco (2019) and Medica Sur in Mexico City — are members of Mayo Clinic Care Network and both are publicly traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

I require a urethral reconstruction, a reconstruction of the base of my penis, a penile prosthesis, since given all the veins, muscles, nerves, and capillaries that were removed, it's very difficult for me to achieve a natural erection; a calculation of the quantification of the damage and all the money I've spent on four failed surgeries in which my condition kept worsening each time; the concept of LOST PROFITS — all the money I've stopped earning over 8 years from being focused on saving my life and listening to false diagnoses from covering-up urologists who obey Román Carvajal García, when I was a high-end real estate professional and stopped earning this income from one day to the next — this I can prove with invoices, proof of income, and witnesses. I am also seeking compensation for the 8 years of ongoing suffering, coverage for all the surgeries I will need for my full recovery, and lifetime medical insurance, and finally, REPARATION FOR MORAL DAMAGES ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER, an elderly woman over 80 years old, who today should be playing and having fun with her grandchildren, my children. SHE HAS SUFFERED MORE THAN I HAVE. She has carried this suffering along with me — she has accompanied me to every hospital, to every covering-up urologist, to every study where I've only been given false diagnoses. There is so much quality time my mother and I have lost living because we came across second-rate doctors through a second-rate web called Doctoralia/DocPlanners.

My dream is to be cured, and for my mother to at least get to meet my first child, to hold him, to smile with my son, to show him the sun. She did not deserve to live through this suffering all this time. Before the aggravated genital mutilation committed against me, both of us had already suffered enormously, and neither of us deserved to have crossed paths with these criminal doctors and with hospitals that advertise themselves online as high-end specialized centers, and that have focused more on protecting psychopathic, criminal doctors than on granting me the universal right that every person has to access healthcare.

I have many emails I've sent to Mayo Clinic and to Medica Sur, and none have been answered. I have evidence that is BROAD, ENOUGH, SUFFICIENT, AND CONCLUSIVE, supporting my testimony, and the primary evidence IS MY OWN BODY, and what little remains of my genitals. We only need a forensic urologist certified to perform medical expert examinations under the Istanbul Protocol, preferably not from Mexico — to bring in an international expert witness who is not afraid of Román Carvajal García.

My dream is to heal, so I can finally stop seeing the faces of these criminals who mutilated me, during the little sleep I have — I am racing against the clock. I hope to God He helps me, so my mother stays healthy and I get to have her for a long time. The day I no longer have my mother, nothing else will matter to me.
